Strategic Presentation Design
Organizations rely heavily on presentations to communicate strategy, launch products and align teams, yet many presentations struggle to communicate complex ideas clearly. Across my work, presentations were used in a wide range of contexts including global conferences, executive leadership meetings, product launches, investor discussions and sales engagements.

The challenge was to create presentations that could communicate complex ideas simply while maintaining clarity and visual impact. These projects often involved input and review from multiple teams and levels of leadership, requiring careful collaboration and alignment while maintaining a clear narrative structure.
Another key challenge was helping teams and stakeholders better understand the principles of effective presentation design, moving beyond dense slides toward more focused visual storytelling.

Effective presentations are not just slides — they are narrative frameworks that guide audiences through complex ideas. Whether addressing executive leadership, conference audiences or prospective clients, clarity and structure are essential for engagement and understanding.
The key insight was that presentations should function as visual storytelling systems, using strong narrative structure and minimal design to help audiences focus on the message rather than the slide.
-
The creative approach focused on developing presentation systems built around clear storytelling, strong visual hierarchy and minimal slide design. Bold typography, carefully selected imagery and motion elements were used to create rhythm and emphasis throughout the narrative.
By simplifying visual elements and structuring content more intentionally, presentations became more engaging and easier to follow across a variety of contexts and audiences.

Presentation systems and storytelling frameworks were developed across a range of formats and uses including:
Benevity Live keynote presentations
executive leadership presentations
product storytelling decks
brand strategy presentations
sales enablement presentations
conference talks and event presentations
These systems included slide templates, visual frameworks and narrative structures that allowed teams to communicate ideas consistently across different types of presentations.
-
The presentation systems were adopted across the organization and used in global conferences, executive presentations and internal communications. They helped support major events, product launches and strategic communications while providing leadership and teams with clearer tools for communicating complex ideas.

As Creative Director, I led the creative direction and narrative development for a wide range of presentations. My role included building story structures, defining visual systems and guiding designers while working closely with executives, marketing teams and product leaders.
I also presented directly to leadership, prospects and clients, helping ensure the presentations communicated ideas clearly while maintaining a strong visual and narrative impact.
