AT&T Digital Experience

Designing one of the most visited telecom digital platforms in North America.

Context
While at Critical Mass (2010–2013), I worked on the AT&T homepage and the MyAT&T customer portal, digital platforms serving tens of millions of customers exploring products and managing their accounts.

Idea
The challenge was balancing marketing campaigns with usability. We developed a modular homepage system that supported product launches and promotions while improving navigation and customer self-service within the MyAT&T portal.

Role
As Senior Designer, I led visual design direction, collaborated closely with UX teams, guided designers and presented concepts to Creative AT&T leads aand stakeholders while helping shape the digital brand experience.
